The Dangers with High-Fructose Corn Syrup!!


Since it was widely introduced into the food supply in the 1980's, High-Fructose Corn Syrup has caused obesity to sky rocket. High-fructose corn syrup is a man-made sweetener, and is found is many processed foods, such as regular soda, ketchup, and salad dressing.
High-fructose corn syrup is considered very dangerous, and can and does contribute to many health risks.



Health Problems Associated with High-Fructose Corn Syrup:
  • Increasing the Risk Of Type 2 Diabetes- High-fructose corn syrup consumption can cause a increased risk in developing diabetes. 
  • Mercury Exposure-High-fructose corn syrup is loaded with very high levels of mercury. Mercury exposure can cause irreversible nervous system and brain damage.
  • Higher Levels of Bad Cholesterol-High-fructose corn syrup consume can cause elevated triglyceride and LDL levels. This can cause arterial plaque build-up and lead to serious heart problems including heart disease, hypertension and stroke.
  • Obesity-High-fructose corn syrup consumption can lead to significance weight gain. The body has trouble breaking down high-fructose, so it can take up to 3 days to breakdown it down.
Healthy Alternatives to High-Fructose Corn Syrup:
  • Raw Natural Honey
  • Agave Nectar
  • Sugar in the Raw
Bottom line is this, all sugars are pretty dangerous for your health, and considered a poison by many. So its important to limit or eliminate any kind of sugar in your diet.
