Making the Simplest Tasks a Workout

Are you just too busy that you cant seem to fit another activity into your schedule, let alone go to the gym. Well its possible to turn something your already doing into a great workout. Your household chores can suddenly becoming a workout by modifying it a bit.

Turn up the Intensity-to turn a household chore into exercise you have intense the intensity, and turn to keep it up for a long time. For example when your mopping or sweeping the floors, see if you can do it in a certain time frame and put some major muscle behind that mop.
Creative & Fun-make sure to keep it creative and fun. A lot of people stop exercising because it gets boring but this kind of exercise can be new and fun.

Some examples of household chore exercises are below:

Yard Work-while going anything in the yard is already a wonderful workout, this can bump it up a notch.
Make sure to set a time limit, for instance, raking the backyard in a half an hour, will burn as many calories as running a mile. Raking the yard can work your shoulder, stomach, back, sides and arms.
Dishes-while cleaning dishes can be a very stationary task, it can of course be turned into something more. Every few minutes while your letting the dishes soak you can do a push up standing up against the counter. This action will work your arms and chest.

Simple tasks around the house can turn into a workout when you cant make it to the gym or out for a run but it is recommended that you integrate a high intense cardiovascular workout to your daily routine.
