The Shocking Health Risks of Aspartame!!

    Aspartame is a very sweet substance that is used as an artificial sweetener in many products. Across the world, over a billion people consume aspartame in their foods and beverages across the world, being lead to believe its a safe ingredients. But what they and you probably don't know is that aspartame currently accounts for over 75% of all side effects complaints received by the FDA's Adverse Reaction Monitoring System (ARMS) for the past 4 years. There is an extensive list of side effects, some of those side effects are seizures, headaches/migraines, and memory loss. Aspartame can trigger some pretty serious chronic diseases as well, such as epilepsy, brain tumors, and Alzheimer's.  These health risks are so serious because Aspartame dissolves into solution and can therefore travel throughout the body and deposit within any tissue. 
    The negative effects of Aspartame are frightening and life threatening  so it is highly recommended by many Doctors that Aspartame be avoided.

Ways to Avoid Aspartame:

  • Choose Natural Sugars, such as Sugar in the Raw, Truvia, and Frontier Natural Products, Organic Cane Sugar.
  • Enjoy the Natural Sweetness in Foods, such as honey in your tea, and the sweetness of fruit.
  • Always read the label, on everything down to even gum, look in the ingredients for aspartame,also called equal, NutraSweet, Spoonful, E951, and Canderel.
  • Make more homemade meals, that way you can make sure you know all the ingredients that are going into your meals, and in turn into your body.
  • Avoid the following foods that contain Aspartame, diet soda, sugar free gum, sugar free yogurt, and diet/sugar free desserts, 



Again Aspartame consummation can cause some very serious illnesses that are life threatening. It is important if we can eliminate toxins and poisons from our lives that we do. It may be inconvenient and hard to eliminate Aspartame from your diet, but its worth all the health benefits.
