How to Lower Your EMF Level:
Hard Wire Internet: Instead of using WiFi hard wire your computer to the internet, that way your computer is not searching for that WiFi signal and therefore not emitting as much EMF!
-Limited Cell Use: Use a ear piece or speakerphone instead of having the phone to your ear all the time. This will limited the amount of EMF going into your brain. Also at night when your charging the phone, keep it in another area, not directly near you to also limit the amount of EMF.
-Replace Your Computer or TV Screen:Its best to change out the old cathode-ray monitors (deep backs) to any type of flat screen monitor, because those have much less EMF.
