Super Stress Busting Chicken Recipe!!

Here at I Feel Great, we are always trying to figure out natural ways to combat health and mental ailments. So in that spirit we have found a chicken recipe that is a super stress buster. First of all chicken contains compounds that decrease anxiety, and the main ingredient in oyster sauce, bonito broth, improves blood flow, mood, and decreases fatigue. The recipe only takes a few minutes to make and is only 143 calories.

Dr. La Puma's Honeyed Chinese Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp peeled ginger, minced 
1 tsp chili garlic sauce 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 
1 tbsp dark honey
1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce 

Directions 
Prepare a charcoal or gas grill or preheat your oven's broiler. Combine oyster sauce, ginger and chili garlic sauce; mix well.

Transfer 1 tablespoon of the mixture to a small bowl, set aside. Spread the remaining mixture over both sides of the chicken; let stand 5 to 10 minutes.

Grill or broil chicken for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through. Add honey and soy sauce to the reserved oyster sauce mixture. Serve as a dipping sauce for the chicken.
