Everyday we live with little pains and aches and taking excessive pain relievers and aspirin is dangerous and unhealthy for your whole body. But the pain does not go away and there must be a more healthy natural way to deal with it. Below are five natural ways to get rid of the pain without use of drugs and pain relievers.

Natural Pain Relievers:
Capsaicin- Capsaicin cream, blocks your nerves' pain impulses. You will experience a burning sensation, because capsaicin is the ingredient that gives chill peppers their spicy kick. Apply three times a day for any chronic pain, and two sprays can also help stop a headache right away.
Vitamin B12-Vitamin B12 supplement helps to ease your back pain by having your body to thicken its protective coating around your nerves, so they don't "short circuit" and cause pain.Taking just 1-2 mg daily will help with pain.
Arnica-This intense pain reliever is all natural, made from a type of flower, and available in any health food store. According to one study Arnica reduces stiffness and pain as effectively as ibuprofen gel with fewer side effects. Apply up to three times a day.
Pelvic Power Tilt-This move stops pain before it starts, when one part of your body hurts the rest of its compensates by taking on additional muscular stress and stain, leading to even more pain and creating a vicious cycle. The pelvic power tilt stabilizes and strengthens your whole body by targeting your core.
Positional Release Therapy-With positional release therapy you can shut down pain in 90 seconds or less. This technique only needs to be done once a week, and is safe for any age. It's a low-risk way to reset the body by positioning the body in a strain-counter stain method, alleviating any type of pain from your elbow, leg, neck and even menstrual cramps. Find the tender point that hurts the most, then, take a pencil and use the eraser end to press down on the tender point for about 90 seconds. As you press down, rotate the eraser to work out the muscle while simultaneously relaxing the area by taking deep breaths. This technique breaks the pattern of pain in the muscle, when you hold down the eraser down on the spot, it signals your nerves to relax that spasm of pain, providing the instant relief your body needs.
