Berry Packed Smoothie!!

A recent longitudinal study conducted by The American Heart Association, showed that even at an early age, eating more blueberries and strawberries may reduce risk of a heart attack later in life up to 32 percent! Berries contain high levels of flavonoids, which are believed to help dilate arteries, counter the buildup of plaque and provide other cardiovascular benefits.
