Kettlebell exercises work several muscles simultaneously and may be repeated continuously for several minutes or with short breaks.This combination makes the exercise partially aerobic and more similar to high-intensity interval training rather than traditional weight lifting.
I find Kettlebell to be a GREAT alternative to a traditional gym workout. It targets many of the muscles that I have been forgetting or not even realizing I was missing in my traditional workout. And on top of all the positive results, its just plain FUN!!
