Now that its the day after Halloween, and we have cheated a bit on our diets. Its time to get back on track with our fitness, and nutrition. That is the good thing about living a healthy lifestyle if you are good a majority of the time, you can have days like Halloween or other holidays when your bad, and it will not completely derail you, and you will find it routine the next day to go back to a normal healthy lifestyle. Well today, is that day where we get back to our routine, and in honor of that I wanted to share Dr. Oz's 7-Day Belly Workout!! We are all trying to keep our stomach tight, this workout will help tone and tighten your tummy. The exercises change slightly each day to keep your muscles guessing, allowing them to change shape.
