Below are some steps we can take to protect ourselves and breath better air.

Installing these machines can eliminate pollutants that cause some of the most common upper respiratory illnesses, colds, allergy irritation and asthma.
Plants-During photosynthesis, plants absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen. Adding plants to interior spaces can increase oxygen levels.
Nose Filters-These barriers that you can wear in your nose that can help keep you from breathing the polluted air, and help with allergies. Also you can get ones that are not even noticeable when placed in your nose.
Oxygen Bars-Is an establishment, that sells oxygen for recreational use. Many in alternative medicine say  that the human body is oxygen deprived, and so that more oxygen will remove "toxins" and even cure cancer. Proponents claim this practice is not only safe, but enhances health and well-being, including strengthening the immune system enhancing concentration, reducing stress, increasing energy and alertness, lessening the effects of hangovers, headaches, and sinus problems, and generally relaxing the body.

If you knew that you could prevent certain diseases and illnesses, wouldn't you take action today? Defending yourself today against air pollutants is huge for preventing diseases, illness, and years off your life.
